Privacy policy
Last updated 13 October 2026. This page describes how the Dawson Robotics website handles your information.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into the facility assessment form: your name, company, work email, phone number, facility size, what is driving the assessment, and anything else you choose to tell us. Your name, company, work email, phone number and what is driving the assessment are required; facility size and the rest are optional. With each enquiry the form also records the page it was sent from and the type of browser and device used, which helps us spot spam. It does not record your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use it to arrange and quote your facility assessment, and to reply to your enquiry. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in this website’s own database and emailed to Dawson Robotics. They are not sent to any third-party marketing or analytics service. The form checks each submission automatically for spam before it is accepted. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to administer the site.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy matter you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
