// Overview

How HaiPick System 2 works

HaiPick System 2 adds bulk and mixed-type storage to the System 1 platform. Case-handling robots work the tote storage while heavy-duty companion robots move the pallets, and both deliver to the same workstations.

Small, large, bulk and irregular items can be stored together and picked goods-to-person, or delivered material-to-line into production.

Storage reaches 12 metres high and two totes deep, so the density gain comes from height the building already has.

What HaiPick System 2 changes on the floor

Totes and pallets together

Mixed orders of totes, cartons and pallets are filled by one system.

Up to six times the efficiency

Goods-to-person handling for bulk items as well as totes.

A smaller storage footprint

Up to five times less floor space for the same stock.

Material to line

The same system can feed production lines as well as orders.

Other configurations on the same platform

They share HaiQ software and the same goods-to-person workstations. The difference is the robots, and how each one stores and moves your goods.

HaiPick Climb

HaiPick Climb is a goods-to-person robotic system that uses intelligent climbing robots to retrieve totes from high-density racking up to 12 metres, then delivers them directly to pick stations. This removes walking time, increases throughput, and unlocks more storage capacity within the same footprint. With flexible deployment, modular racking, and smart fleet management, HaiPick Climb boosts efficiency, reduces labour dependency, and scales easily as demand grows.

HaiPick Rail

Robots run on rails above the floor rather than on it, so retrieval is not held up by ground-level traffic. Totes for the same wave are retrieved in parallel across multiple aisles, and cartons are checked, conveyed and stored without manual handling.

HaiPick System 3

Built for density. HaiPick robots stay inside the narrow aisles working densely packed racking, while fast-transit companion AMRs run goods out to the workstations, so retrieval is not limited by how far one robot has to travel.
