HaiPick System 1
The cornerstone configuration: a modular goods-to-person automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS) for totes, cartons and trays, built to slot into almost any facility without the cost of fully custom automation.
Every figure on this page is Hai Robotics' published specification for HaiPick System 1.
How HaiPick System 1 works
HaiPick System 1 is Hai Robotics' essential goods-to-person system. Case-handling robots reach into high-density racking up to 12 metres, retrieve the tote, carton or tray an order needs, and bring it to an operator at a workstation.
Each robot can carry several containers per run, so one trip serves several order lines. The system runs around the clock and connects to the WMS or WES you already use.
Because the racking is standard and the robots are modular, a first phase can be sized for today's volumes and extended later.
- Totes, cartons and trays
- Brownfield sites with standard racking
- High-SKU piece picking
- A first phase that can be extended

What HaiPick System 1 changes on the floor
Storage up to 12 metres
High-density racking uses the clear height the building already has.
Up to three times the throughput
Goods come to the operator, so picking time is spent picking.
Accuracy above 99%
Batch picking of up to nine containers per robot run, with every pick recorded.
Runs around the clock
24/7 operation, connected to your existing WMS or WES.
Other configurations on the same platform
They share HaiQ software and the same goods-to-person workstations. The difference is the robots, and how each one stores and moves your goods.

Numbers don't lie.
Your data will prove it.
We model your business case from your own order profile, SKU count and peak volumes, not generic benchmarks. If the numbers stack, we'll show you exactly how.
