HaiPick Rail
Robots run on rails above the floor, so retrieval is not held up by the forklifts and people working at ground level.
Hai Robotics publishes no figures for HaiPick Rail, so this page describes how it works.
How HaiPick Rail works
HaiPick Rail takes the robots off the warehouse floor. They travel on rails mounted above it, which leaves the ground clear for the forklifts, pallet traffic and people who already use it, and lets retrieval carry on while they do.
Totes for the same wave are retrieved in parallel across several aisles, and cartons are checked, conveyed and stored without being handled by hand on the way.

What HaiPick Rail changes on the floor
A clear floor
Robots work above ground level, so existing floor traffic keeps moving underneath them.
Parallel retrieval
Totes for one wave come out of several aisles at the same time.
No manual handling
Cartons are checked, conveyed and put away without an operator lifting them.
Other configurations on the same platform
They share HaiQ software and the same goods-to-person workstations. The difference is the robots, and how each one stores and moves your goods.
Figures on the cards are Hai Robotics' published specifications.

Numbers don't lie.
Your data will prove it.
We model your business case from your own order profile, SKU count and peak volumes, not generic benchmarks. If the numbers stack, we'll show you exactly how.
