Third-Party Logistics

Every client brings its own stock, rules and service levels, and contracts start, grow and end on someone else's timetable. A third-party logistics operation needs automation that can be reconfigured as quickly as its client list changes.

// The pressures

What Third-Party Logistics operations need from automation

Every client is different

Stock, storage rules and picking processes have to be kept separate for each client.

Contracts that change

New contracts and peaks need capacity added quickly, and a lost contract should not strand the investment.

Rent and labour

Rising rents and a tight labour market make space and staff the costs to beat.

Your WMS stays

The system has to work with the warehouse management system the business already runs.

// Our approach

How we approach it

Modular HaiPick configurations let a 3PL add robots, racks or workstations as a contract grows, and reassign storage when it changes. Stock can be held and picked separately for each client, and value-added work such as kitting, labelling and returns can run through the same workstations.

Integration with the WMS you already run is designed in from the first assessment.

Configurations we would look at first

A first read. The facility assessment decides which one your order profile and building actually suit.

HaiPick Climb

HaiPick Climb is a goods-to-person robotic system that uses intelligent climbing robots to retrieve totes from high-density racking up to 12 metres, then delivers them directly to pick stations. This removes walking time, increases throughput, and unlocks more storage capacity within the same footprint. With flexible deployment, modular racking, and smart fleet management, HaiPick Climb boosts efficiency, reduces labour dependency, and scales easily as demand grows.

HaiPick System 2

Everything System 1 does, with bulk and palletised goods handled alongside it. Case-handling robots work the tote storage while heavy-duty companion AMRs move the pallets, so a mixed order is filled in one process instead of two.

HaiPick System 3

Built for density. HaiPick robots stay inside the narrow aisles working densely packed racking, while fast-transit companion AMRs run goods out to the workstations, so retrieval is not limited by how far one robot has to travel.

Numbers don't lie.
Your data will prove it.

We model your business case from your own order profile, SKU count and peak volumes, not generic benchmarks. If the numbers stack, we'll show you exactly how.
